Over the past year, we have shopped at a variety of used car dealerships. We took a chance and tried out the Auto Discount Mall. My oldest daughter purchased her second car a Kia Forte from this dealership. We dealt primarily with Eddie. It was a good experience for my daughter and she was happy with her car. We took it for a test drive without any pressure sales techniques applied. We noted that there were some issues in the engine. Eddie had his mechanic look into it and resolved our concerns. After she and my other daughter moved out, my wife was looking to downsize from our 15 passenger van. My wife found a Buick Enclave with fairly low milage and for a price we were willing to work with them. Again, Eddie served us and even recalled selling the Kia to my daughter. This dealership was willing to work with us on a trade that both sides could agree too. Overall, a great experience again. Then my second daughter needed a "new" car. She wanted to go directly to the Auto Discount Mall. Eddie came out and though took a few seconds remembered selling two other vehicles to us. My daughter informed Eddie of the price and type of vehicle she was looking for. After test driving a couple of vehicles, she found the one she wanted. There were more issues with this one than the last two, but again the ADM team came through and willing to work on making needed tweaks and repairs so she could take the vehicle off the lot. The patience given to us; allowing us to drive vehicle after vehicle for all three experiences was exceptional. Eddie and the team were professional and never tried high pressure sales techniques. Granted, these are use cars and will need parts replaced sooner than newer cars. In fact, the last vehicle purchased (Dodge Journey), we had to replaced the thermostat. This is part and parcel of the cost and risk of purchasing a used car. When we test drove a vehicle that had a need to be checked out, the team was willing to bring it up to our satisfaction without pressure. We are three for three of the purchasing experience with this dealership. Yes, there has been needed repairs to these vehicles from time to time, but it is due more to the fact that they are used vehicles than because the dealership was trying to act deceptively. We would recommend anyone desiring to purchase a used vehicle to at least give them a try for themselves.

Had a Great experience with Eddie and his crew at Auto Discount Mall! We purchased 2 vehicles from them and they were more than accommodating with us to get everything done. These are great people to work with and are honest and sell good vehicles. If there’s something you want taken care of, they will take care of it. Definitely, check them out first!
